The moment I called Brian the front desk was attentive & got me in for an appointment immediately. Moving forward I got to meet Brian and he was welcoming. I met Roxanna who was so awesome in taking the x-ray 🩻 and very warm. Then came Dr.Pham, she has such a warm spirit. Very informative & made me feel good (bc I don’t like the dentist). I had a great experience at this dental office as a new patient! Making my appointment was easy, and Brian was very helpful and friendly. My appointment was on time with very little waiting, which I really appreciated. The office is clean and modern, and Dr. Pham explained everything in detail. I’m usually very nervous and even shake when I go to the dentist, but this time I felt calm and comfortable. Everything was gentle and painless, and the whole team was very friendly and caring. Thank you to Roxanne for helping and guiding me throughout my visit. I’m so happy I switched to this dental office and would definitely recommend Dr. Pham and the team!
