You Break Through

I genuinely cannot say enough about this team. I came in with an infection that some dentists said i had, and other dentists said i didnt. Dr. Pham finally gave me a solid answer, and all diagnostics were done in office/same day. During a situation that was frightening and overwhelming, this team stepped up and made sure I got the help I needed promptly. What meant the most to me was that I never felt dismissed or like I was just another patient... This team not only took my situation seriously, acted quickly, and treated me with genuine care, but had a genuinely kind and pleasant demeanor.. Brian in scheduling was incredibly helpful- extrenely attentive and made getting everything coordinated so much easier Roxanna was amazing with my bridge work and made me feel like I was in capable, caring hands. She was incredibly kind, attentive and gentle. Gaston, the hygienist, was patient, thorough, and made an experience that can sometimes feel uncomfortable so much easier. His presence and misdemeanor literally calmed me down, an extremely kimd person. And Dr. Pham is an absolute all-star. The best dentist i have ever had. She is extremely knowledgeable, extremely compassionate and empathetic, attentive, and made sure I understood what was happening and got the care I needed. I will never forget how reassuring it was to have someone take my concerns seriously when I was already worried. Sometimes good healthcare isn't just about fixing what's wrong. It's about how people make you feel while you're going through it. This team gave me reassurance when I needed it most. I walked in with an infection and a lot of uncertainty, and I walked out knowing I was being taken care of. Brian, Roxanna, Gaston, and Dr. Pham — thank you. You are an incredible team, and I am genuinely grateful for every one of you. ❤️

This past Friday 9/11/26 I was in so much pain. I had already gone to two other dental offices that turned me away before coming here. I didn't even have an appointment! From the moment I walked through the door the whole staff could see how much pain I was in. Within 3 minutes I was in the back receiving xrays and the whole team was working on a game plan for me. They spent many hours with me explaining what was going on and getting me out of pain. Brian, Roxanna, Gaston, and Dr. Tiffany Pham were amazing! So kind and thorough and thoughtful. I've already told my family and friends about this location, and I'm actually looking forward to going back in 2 weeks. That is something I never thought I would say about going to the dentist lol. They are amazing and I look forward to working with them again! Don't hesitate to call. This team will move mountains to help their patients. Currently writing this from home finally pain free! Thank you all.
